About

Mission

Founded upon the belief that families have the right to personalized and compassionate end-of-life care, we dedicate every day of our lives to serving families in every decision large and small. Families trust us with carrying out their wishes and supporting them throughout their entire journey

Philosophy

At the heart of what we do at OC Hospice, we provide care for the whole patient and the whole family. The care you can expect from us is the kind of care that is uniquely tailored to you and your family.

Core Values

We stand upon our commitment to
compassion, community, collaboration, and care.

Every member of our care team is highly skilled and expertly trained in end-of-life care, and hand selected for their dedication to providing compassionate, patient and family-centered care.

We collaborate with you and your family on all care provided. When you choose OC Hospice, you become a part of a family, and you will forever remain that way.

We are rooted in our community. Our commitment to honoring the legacy of our patients is reflected in the commitment our organization has to the local community. We support many special causes throughout Orange County; visiting patients in nursing homes during the holidays, supporting orphanages both domestically and abroad, collecting toys for local shelters, and much more.

Hear From Our Families

"We called OC Hospice for my mom after having a stroke and being in a rehab facility for 2 months. Every single person that came to our home or that we talked with were kind, compassionate, and knowledgable. It took a huge burden off our family, especially my 86 year old father. We are so grateful to this wonderful organization and all their fantastic nurses."
